Using a Food Processor,
chop carrot, beans, cabbage and capsicum finely.
Add SIL Mayonaise, Black
pepper powder and salt to the finely cut vegetables.
It's better to add salt
and black pepper powder after you have checked the taste, since children
like it less spicy.
Lastly add the chopped corriander
leaves.
Now apply this mixture in
between the bread slices and toast it.
You can use butter on the
top of the bread while toasting since it gives a nice flavour to the Sandwhich.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
