Scrap the skin of potatoes
and wash it.
In a pressure pan heat the
oil and add the washed potatoes, a cup of water and the second coconut
milk and cook it.
Remove the lid. Pour the
first coconut milk, grounded jeera, green chilli paste and salt. Mix well
and cook it for about 5 minutes.
Then add the Sil beanbag
and cook for another 10 minutes.
