Cut vegetables in small
long pieces.
Take some oil in a pan. Add
jira, hing and add all the vegetables. Fry it till the cabbage becomes
little brown in colour.
Take two spoon corn flour
and add all the above chinese (3) sauces as per your taste.
Add this sauce and conflour mixture to the fried cabbage. Mix it well and keep it for 5 minutes
on the flame.
Serve hot.
