Peel the drum sticks, cut
slant 1/2" thick pieces and boil them in the pressure cooker (2 whistles
only).
Remove them from water and
keep it aside.
Put the vessel on flame,
add oil & heat it.
Add cumin seeds (jeera)
and then the gram flour (besan). Cook for 2 minutes.
Add drum stick pieces and
salt, add water and mix vigrously so that besan gets coated.
Lay in a Flat dish and garnish
it with Sil Red Chlli Sauce and coriander leaves
Serve it hot with cold
drinks.
