INGREDIENTS |
1 tin SIL sweet corn cream
soup
2 tablespoons of curd
1 stick celery
2-3 green chillies
Black pepper and salt to
taste
5 tablespoons corn flour
Oil to fry

METHOD |
Empty the tin of sweet corn
cream and water of equal amount into a cooker and wait for one whistle.
Open it and add 2
tablespoons of curd to the mixture.
Then add chopped green chilli,
celery stick, black pepper and salt.
Keep stirring till thick.
Keep aside.
In a cup take 4 tablespoons
of corn flour and add water. Make a paste.
Pour this paste into the
mixture of sweet corn cream and stir till thick and continue to stir till
it does not stick to the bowl.
Blend the mixture for a
minute.
Take a baking dish and put
corn flour on the base and then pour the mixture.
When it turns cold then
cut and fry till brown.
Eat with any Chinese sauce.
