Trim the crust of the loaf
and carefully cut into 4 slices horizontally, length wise.
Butter the 4 slices of bread.
For the filling, mix cheese,
capsicum, green chilli, Sil chilli sauce, salt, pepper and Sil mayonnaise.
Arrange the bread slices,
one over the other, with the filling.
Wrap in aluminium foil and
leave it in the refrigerator.
For serving, cut width wise
slices, garnish with shredded lettuce.
For dip, use tomato sauce
or corriander chutney.
If you have sliced bread,
you can use them after removing the crust.
