Cook macaroni in boiling
salted water according to package instructions until just tender to the
bite and drain.
In a medium size saucepan,
combine flour and a little of the milk until smooth.
Gradually stir in remaining
milk; add butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly, until thickened.
Season with a little salt
and pepper.
Reduce to low flame and add
baked beans, tomato and ½ cup of the cheese.
Cook and stir it for 2 minutes.
Stir in macaroni and heat through.
Meanwhile, preheat oven.
Spoon mixture into 4 small
oven proof dishes or 1 large one.
Mix together bread crumbs
and remaining cheese, then sprinkle on top of macaroni mixture. Dot with
sil red chilli sauce.
Bake in hot oven till cheese
melts.
Serve hot with bread.
