First bake the beans. This
will take around 25 mins.
In a frying pan, put little
of oil, some chilli powder, salt to taste, masala powder & Sil baked
beans in tomato sauce. Stir for 2-3 minutes till the whole masala gets
mixed well.
After 3 minutes, put the
baked beans in this mixture & stir well. Add little water say 1/2 a
cup to this mixture, till it appears to be viscous (not very watery). Leave
this pan closed for 5-8 minutes in low flame.
In the meantime, cut/tear
the paav into small small pieces such that one piece forms one morsel of
food.
Then, in a separate flat
pan, apply cheese & fry the paav till a light brown colour appears
over them. Keep these pieces in a separate bowl.
Add these paav pieces into
the pan containing the cooking mixture. Also, add the grated coconut to
this & stir well.
After around 8 minutes, transfer
this whole mixture to a new good looking bowl or container.
Grate some cheese & decorate the dish with grated cheese & corrainder leaves.
