CHATPATA PRAWN PAKODA

INGREDIENTS
Sil Chilli Villi Red Sauce - 2 tbsp
SIL Chilli Villi Green Sauce - 2 tbsp
Prawns - assorted 15 pieces (2-3'' in size after deshelling and removing the black cord)
Besan - 4 tbsp
Khas Khas - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
White Oil - 3 tbsp - for frying
Corriander Leaves - for garnishing.
 
METHOD
Boil the prawns and keep aside.

Make besan paste, add khas khas, baking soda and salt to taste.

Coat the boiled prawns with besan paste and fry in oil, till brown.

Serve hot in a plate with Sil Chilli villi Sauce (both green and red). 

Garnishing with corriander leaves is optional.
