Take a cup of basmati rice,
wash it and bake/cook it to 3/4th consistence. It should not be fully boiled.
Spread it in a plate and
allow it to cool. Add little oil to it.
Meanwhile take the vegetables
and cut them into thin fine pieces.
Take oil in a pan and add
the vegetables but not the onion stalk.
Fry these vegetables for
few minutes and add little water for them to cook.
When the water is evaporated,
add the cooled rice and Sil soyasauce and fry it for few minutes.
Garnish it with the
onion stalk and serve it with Sil chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
