Slit the Bombay Ducks, de-bone,
flatten and wipe dry.
Mix turmeric powder in Sil
green chilli villi sauce and Sil red chilli villi sauce.
Add salt to taste.
Marinate the fish in this
mixture for about an hour.
Roll in beaten egg, and then
bread crumps and fry on low flame till golden brown.
Serve hot.
