Fry all the onions and tomatoes
in oil till soft.
Add the chicken, garam masala
powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside.
Now grind the green chillies,
garlic and ginger to a fine paste.
Add this to the chicken.
Add the sauces, curds & ground coconut and bring to boil. Do not add
water.
Optional: Garnish
with coriander leaves. Tastes good if prepared in an iron kadai.
