Heat oil in a pan. Add the
spring onion and saute over medium heat untill cooked.
Add the baked beans, salt,
sugar, capsico sauce, tomato ketchup and mustard paste. Mix well and check for seasoning.
Place the canape wafers in
an medium hot oven for a few minutes till the turn crisp.
Remove them from the oven and
fill each canape wafer with the bean mixture.
Garnish with grated cheese
and parsley leaves
Serve immediately or the
canapes will get soggy.
