Fry the rice with little
oil or ghee and cook the rice such that the grains are separated.
Fry the cut vegetables separately
in ghee or oil and cook them so that they are only half done. (Vegetables
should not be fully cooked)
Add quarter spoon of ajinamoto
(chinese salt) while cooking the vegetables.
Mix the cooked rice to the
half done vegetables and add one or two spoons of Sil soya sauce.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Keep on low fire for few minutes.
Serve hot.
Sil green chilli villi sauce
may be added while serving. (optional)
