Cut the chicken into small
pieces. Pour viniger in the chicken.
Allow it to soak for 4hours
in the fridge.
Then cut the onion and capsicum
in big pieces. Deep fry the chicken.
Fry the onion and capsicum
in little oil. Put the fried chicken into the onion and capsicum and stir
it for 2 minutes.
Put soya sauce and chilli
sauce and stir it for 2.5 mins. Add cornflour with water before taking
it out from the flame.
Hot Chilli Chiken is ready
to be served.
