Boil, peel and mash the
potatoes. Add salt.
Chop carrots, beans and cabbage
finely.
Add salt and keep it aside
for 5-10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water.
Chop capscicum finely. Crumble
the bread pieces.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add
carrots beans. Stir and fry them. Then add the cabbage and capscicum.
Add 1 tsp ajinomoto, crushed
green chillies, Sil soya sauce & salt to taste.
Stir, fry & remove from
heat. Allow it to cool.
In the mashed potato, add
the cooled vegetable mixture & crumbled bread pieces. Mix well.
Make lemon sized balls. Shape
it like 2-3 inch stick. Fry in hot oil.
Drain the excess oil on the
newspaper.
Serve hot-hot with Sil red
chilli villi sauce.
