Cut chicken in small pieces.
(Boneless chicken will be better)
Soak chicken pieces in vinegar
and salt for half an hour.
Cut onions (for 900 gms chicken
take at least 8 medium sized onions) in small pieces.
Heat oil in frying pan and
fry the chicken pieces to light brown in colour.
Fry onions on a low flame
for a long time so that they become soft.
Then put the fried chicken,
vinegar and SIL soya sauce and SIL chilli sauce in it and let the chicken
get soft.
Serve hot and enjoy the spicy
Chicken Chilly.
