good information! Apricot can be eaten directly, or dried and eaten as dry-fruit. It can be taken as juice, jam, squash and jelly. the benefits remain the same.

apricot is good for skin care, especially for women besides treating anemia. It is bit costly so out of the reach of common people. I think we should have more of this fruit.

Apricots are seasonal fruits so it is not possible to have fresh fruits throughout the year. Dried fruits can be had during the year and they have the same health benefits as fresh fruits.
