Hey apricots are not available 24/7 in the market they are seasonal fruits. they are really a good source of vitamins and they are also consumed after drying them as dry fruits. Consuming fresh and various fruits is always good for health.

Apricots are seasonal fruits so it is not possible to have fresh fruits throughout the year. Dried fruits can be had during the year and they have the same health benefits as fresh fruits.

Apricots are seasonal fruits so it is not possible to have fresh fruits throughout the year. Dried fruits can be had during the year and they have the same health benefits as fresh fruits. Sliced apricots can be added to any cereal to enhance its nutritional value. They can be added to any soup or broth and can be had a s a salad. Even while making pancakes, they can be chooped and added to the batter.
