Piles, medically termed as hemorrhoids, are caused by the swelling and inflammation in the veins around the anal canal. This is a painful condition and though it is not very dangerous, the discomfort and pain is unbearable for many. Though piles with bleeding are common, it is not necessary that bleeding will be accompanied always. In any case, you should not neglect this problem and consult the doctors as soon as possible.

  • Drink radish juice in the morning and night. You will find relief in one month.
  • Take 3 – 4 figs and after washing soak it in water over night. As soon as you get up in the morning eat them. Repeat this for at least a month.
  • Boil 1 cup of milk with one banana and mash it properly. Take it 3 – 4 times a day.
  • Extract juice from some bitter guard leaves and mix them in buttermilk. Drink this empty stomach in the morning. Continue this for a month.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of roasted cumin seeds and same quantity of raw cumin seeds and powder it. You can have half teaspoon of this powdered mixture with 1 glass of water. This has to be taken one time daily.
  • Take 1 / 4 teaspoon of carom seeds (ajwain) and a pinch of salt with 1 glass of buttermilk.

Piles are internal as well as external. By making use of these natural home remedies you can get relief form the discomfort, pain and eventually get rid of this problem also. Practice yoga and the specific asanas along with meditation. This will help you heal in a better way. Pay attention to your diet and add fiber to it. Make some healthy changes in your lifestyle and eating habits and you will find that you have automatically done away with many digestive problems also.
