The situation can become serious and of worry if the woman happens to shut herself from her surroundings and not talk about the built up emotions inside her. If people around her are not aware that she is going through an emotional turmoil she may lose out on timely support psychological or clinical. It can lead to fatal consequences for the mother and the growing foetus. At the same time one must note that this emotional upsurge or the overwhelming sensation is not totally a negative one.
