Tindora Onions Garlic Ginger Oil Dhaniya jeera powder Red chili powder Haldi powder Salt
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan and sautee ginger, garlic and onions. Once brown, add cut tendli. Then add dhaniya jeera powder, red chili powder, haldi powder and salt. Cover the pan for 8-10 minutes (occasionally stirring). Your vegetable is ready.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
(Tip: you can slice the Tindora vertically as well, depends on your preference. Also combining it with potatoes and peas in the vegetable is also a tasty variation)
