INGREDIENTS:
Spinach Mushroom Tomato Onion Ginger Garlic Chilli powder Haldi powder Salt Fresh cream for garnishing (Amul fresh cream)
METHOD:
Boil spinach. Drain and crush in a blender to make a spinach paste. Chop tomato and crush in a blender to make a tomato paste.
Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger, garlic and chopped onion. Once onion are lightly brown, add the tomato paste and mix it well and cook for a couple of minutes. Add red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya jeera powder and salt (be careful about salt, because spinach is also salty). Mix well.
Then add halved mushroom pieces. Cover and cool for sometime. Then add spinach gravy, cover and cook for some more time. Check for taste.
