So easy and absolutely yumm! Perfect as a side dish for parties

INGREDIENTS:
Corn Dahi (yoghurt) Hing Sugar Green chillies Ghee
METHOD
Boil corn with a pinch of salt in a pressure cooker. Then soak in cold water and break each cob into 3 pieces. Drain out the water.
Then heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a flat pan and lightly saute all the corn pieces. Once slightly brown (very slightly), once again soak in room temperature water to remove the excess ghee. Drain the water and keep it ready.
Now in a large bowl, beat the dahi and make it smooth. Add one tsp hing, 1 tbsp sugar and 2-3 finely chopped green chillies. Mix it well. Add the corn pieces. You dish is ready.
Garnish with some more chilli pieces and serve chilled. Enjoy!!
