INGREDIENTS (for Kanda Roti): Wheat flour- 2 cups Onions 2 (finely chopped) Ginger- 1 tea spoon (finely chopped) Green chillies-2 (finely chopped) Dry masala-turmeric/red chilly powder/ salt to taste.
METHOD
METHOD (for Aloo-Tamatar Sabzi): 1. Heat mustered oil in a pan.. when smoking hot temp add rai-jeera-methi. 2. Add garlic paste & cook for 2-3 min. 3. Now add chopped tomatoes & cook till it's soft n semi puree consistency. 4. Add all dry masala 5. Add boiled n chopped potatoes. Mix it well. 6. Now add hot water & cook till it becomes thick gravy. 7.Sprinkle some fresh coriander & serve hot.
METHOD (for kanda roti): 1. Mix all the ingredients in wheat flour. 2. Knead soft dough with Luke warm water. 3. Roll n make little thick rotis- using little oil.
