Ingredients
  • Cooked sprouts of your choice – 1 cup
  • Black salt – 1/2 tea spoon
  • Chilli powder – 1/4 tea spoon
  • Fresh pomegranate – 1/2 cup
  • Bhujiya sev – 1 cup
  • Minced tomatoes – 1/2 cup
  • Minced raw mango – 3 table spoon
  • Minced coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice – 4 tea spoon
  • Sweet tamarind and dates chutney – 2 table spoon
  • Green chutney – 1 table spoon
  • Salt – to taste
Preparation
Mix all the above ingredients properly except for sev, raw mango and coriander leaves. After mixing all the above ingredients properly, garnish with sev, raw mango and coriander leaves. Healthy srprouts bhel is ready to be served!

Fruit Chat Recipe

Fruit chat is one of the favourite dishes among children. Chopped and chilled fruits are tossed with chutneys and different spice powders usually added to chats. You can add and remove any number of fruits to the chat. Make sure you keep your child’s likes in mind.
Ingredients
  • Chilled papaya cubes – 1 cup
  • Chilled pineapple cubes – 1/4 cup
  • Chilled apple cubes (unpeeled) – 1 cup
  • Banana cubes – 1 cup
  • Chilled amlas – 1 cup
  • Chilled black grapes – cut halves – 1/2 cup
  • Chilled cucumber cubes – 1/2 cup
  • Black salt – 1/4 tea spoon
  • Chat masala – 1 tea spoon
  • Chilli powder – 1/4 tea spoon
  • Salt – to taste
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss all the mixed ingredients well and serve immediately. It is better to cut the fruits beforehand so that you simply need to mix and serve.
