Very often these gifted children go unnoticed and undiscovered, to the extent that their exceptional talent is often submerged and forgotten. These exceptional children often end up being underachievers, as they are unable to realize their potential. One of the most important persons in discovering and nurturing the gifted child is the teacher. Teachers are among the first people to discover these hidden, often seemingly innocuous talents and qualities in children and often prove to be the stepping stones to glory and greatness.
