  Honesty Pays (Duty i.e.)

Baby Name:
Parent's Name: Shahila Begum

I was returning from the States last year, and had purchased a few too many electronic goods. I had managed to keep most of them concealed, as I had decided to declare just a few. What I did not count on was my innocent 7 year old. As my bags were being opened, he excitedly pointed to one saying, “Look underneath is my new ice-cream maker. And you know, I even have a popcorn machine.”

  Tiny Wonder

Baby Name: Reina
Parent's Name: Stella Joseph

Our daughter Reina is 1yr old now. We have bought few cardboard books for her. We have taught her 'Tomato' and 'Onion' and she knows to pronounce them well. Whenever we ask her to say 'Tomato' she'll say 'Onion'. So one day I asked her to say 'Onion' with a hope that she would say 'Onion' but immediately she said 'Tomato'. We all burst out in laughter and wonder of how she could think and say the other word purposely. Same thing happens with A, B, C... Whenever we ask her to say A, She'll say B.

I burst into laughter on her innocence.

Baby Name:
Parent's Name: Ashwini M N

When my daughter was a year round, she had the habit of picking dirty pebbles off the road. To break this habit, I had told her that the pebbles would be dirty as the stray dogs would have peed on them. After 3 months of telling her this, her habit broke off. When she was a 1.5 yrs old, during a noon nap, she wanted a story. I started with the smart crow that drank water from a pitcher by dropping pebbles into it. The moment I finished the story, my daughter made a face and said "Dirty crow touc
