  Tiny Wonder

Our daughter Reina is 1yr old now. We have bought few cardboard books for her. We have taught her 'Tomato' and 'Onion' and she knows to pronounce them well. Whenever we ask her to say 'Tomato' she'll say 'Onion'. So one day I asked her to say 'Onion' with a hope that she would say 'Onion' but immediately she said 'Tomato'. We all burst out in laughter and wonder of how she could think and say the other word purposely. Same thing happens with A, B, C... Whenever we ask her to say A, She'll say B.

I was driving my children to school the other day, when one under-aged driver banged into my car. I have two children one (daughter) is almost going to be 3 years and second son is 9 months. Usually the elder one has the habit of copying whatever we do and we tell her that once she grows big like mamma, papa she can also do that. So one day when the little one was playing with some toy, the elder one tried to grab it from his hand and I told her not to do and to let him play. Promptly she replied *when I become small I shall play with it*. I could not resist my laugh.

My daughter has turned one now.One day my sister was carring her and she dropped her doll and asked me to pick it up I did the same. She then started playing the same with me. I thought I should stop her from doing this and so I kept my hand below where ever she took the doll and suddenly she turned and throwed it on the other side and she enjoyed it and I picked it up with proud face as I could see her act in a second but other family members were laughing at me.
