  Tiny Wonder

Our daughter Reina is 1yr old now. We have bought few cardboard books for her. We have taught her 'Tomato' and 'Onion' and she knows to pronounce them well. Whenever we ask her to say 'Tomato' she'll say 'Onion'. So one day I asked her to say 'Onion' with a hope that she would say 'Onion' but immediately she said 'Tomato'. We all burst out in laughter and wonder of how she could think and say the other word purposely. Same thing happens with A, B, C... Whenever we ask her to say A, She'll say B.

My son doesn't like going for haircut, so when I forcibly got him a haircut very sadly he said "you have broken my heart, mamma!" and immediately added-when he realised I was sad too-"but don't worry it has turned into a jigsaw puzzle and will join together".

When my daughter Tanisha was around 11-12 months old she started speaking few words like "papa","du-du" for milk etc. One fine day when she woke from her afternoon nap she got amazed looking outside the window and she started shouting "du-du"...."du-du". you know what?? it was the first snow fall of the season and her first experience of snow. I couldn't stop laughing at her.
