In those days, more than one patient could be waiting in a doctor’s room when the other was being examined for general cold/flu etc. While I was waiting for my turn, a middle-aged woman with her son (aged around 5 years) was being examined by the doctor for some throat problem. Her son meanwhile had got on to the weight machine (weighing scale) on the floor beside the doctor. Once the woman was thru with the doctor, she called

Two months back when my son was one year ten months old we took him to movie Narniyaa. Next day when I was all ready to go to office my son speak out to his father "Papa Lion (Animal character in the movie) movie mein ro raha tha kyonki uski mumma usko choad kar office chali jaati hai. When I heard this I just can't stop myself hugging him.

My 5 year old daughter, Latika, wanted to know how I knew that my sister was going to have a baby? So I pointed out her big tummy, saying, “the baby grows in the stomach, and when it is big enough, it comes out.” That evening, we encountered a fat man in the lift, when we went to visit my mother. My little one gaped at his stomach for a few minutes, and then, much to his embarrassment, and mine said, “look mummy, this man is going to have a baby.”
