When we were in the US, my two year old son used to play with a Hindi speaking neighbour. We are Telugu people and he picked up a few hindi words like Chappal pahano, ghumne chale, thak gaye ho??, etc etc. from his hindi speaking aunty. Some days back I told my daughter, 3 years old, that the food that she takes goes to stomach and from there to other parts of the body and if she does not take food, the parts of the body would cry including her eyes.
