i am suffering and need help.Due to a broken relationship and loss of job i think i am worthless and mostly feel ill,avoid social interactions and always think negative.I have lost confidence and ability to take decisions.Need help

i had horrible childhood and alcoholic father. most of my genetic family suffer from serious mental disease. definitely i suffer from depression and with help of yoga, meditation, spirituality i have been able to overcome some issues.

I think I am in this stage, i am in depression.. and the worst part is that i can feel that yes i am in depression but i cant stop myself going into that phase...dont know what should i do...thats true i dont have interest in my life or from my life so no worries whatever happens to me...

yes you should immediately see the doctor. it is very bad condition. it can be because of ovarian cancer or STD you should see doctor as soon as possible. this must be the very late reply. hows ur co...
