i can vouch for this article. during my first pregnancy, i used to do yoga. That helped me in delivery. i had a flexible body and the delivery was smooth, quick and easy. now i am pregnant the second time. i continue to do yoga.

I haven't tried yoga during pregnancy yet, but I like the idea of exercising during pregnancy since some say it serves as cure for morning sickness. I personally prefer swimming, since it doesn't cause any injury to the joints. I learned more about managing morning sickness here.
