It is important for the pregnant women in their third trimester to take nutritious food at small intervals. It is important to take plenty of water to avoid dehydration in the body. Onset of Labour in the Third Trimester of Pregnancy
During the last few days of pregnancy, there may be frequent contractions. When the contractions continue for a longer duration of time, it indicates the onset of labour. Moreover some pregnant women see that a watery discharge which is the amniotic fluid oozes out through the vaginal area, which also indicates that the labour has started. Some pregnant women also see a discharge through their enlarged breasts in the last few days of pregnancy. It is also very necessary to report these kinds of symptoms to doctor immediately.
