During 3rd trimester, would-be mothers need to wake up at night for urination.
Relief From Frequent Urination during Pregnancy
The pregnant women will get relieved from frequent urge of urination after the child birth. But for few days soon after the childbirth, new mothers would urinate more as the body would throw away all the fluids that got retained during the pregnancy period. Within 5-7 days, the urge of urination will become normal.

UTIs must be treated immediately because if they remain untreated it could lead to infection of kidneys. There could be premature childbirth if UTIs remain untreated in would-be mothers.
How to Combat Frequent Urination during Pregnancy?
Frequent urination is common during frequency but there are certain ways using which would-be mothers could manage this urge. One such way is by doing Kegel Exercises. Doing these exercises help in strengthening the muscles surrounding urethra. Urethra is the tube through which urine is thrown out of the body. These exercises also help in better bladder control.
Frequent urination does not mean that would-be mothers would stop drinking fluids. It is important to drink lots of fluids to keep hydrated. It is important to avoid caffeinated drinks. Would-be mothers should drink more fluids during daytime as compared to evening and night.
Hormonal changes happening inside the body of a pregnant woman cause the urge of urination very frequently. Though, it is very disturbing while on work with few recommended exercises and health tips it can be managed.
