Very helpful information. Not only in pregnancy, but we should avoid bread made from Maida(White flour) in our daily routine as it contains gluten and has less nutrition compared to whole wheat flour. Whole wheat flour( We use samrat whole wheat flour) contains vitamin, protein, carbohydrates and all essential nutrients which fulfills our daily diet needs.
