Water – Keeping yourself hydrated will not only help your reproductive organs function properly but also help sperms reach the cervix. So, drink fresh and filtered water to boost your fertility power.

Green Leafy Vegetables – The best example is spinach which is loaded with iron, folic acid and antioxidants. All these are required to maintain good health of your reproductive organs. This will also prevent defects in the newborn.

Orange and Yellow Vegetables – Orange and yellow vegetables are rich source of beta carotene and antioxidants. Beta carotene helps in correcting hormonal imbalance and also reduces probability of miscarriage.

Sweet Potatoes, Carrots and Peas – These vegetables help you get rid of the problems related to irregular menstrual cycles. These vegetables also contain beta carotene that helps increasing your fertility.

Cruciferous Vegetables – These vegetables that include cabbage and broccoli contains phyto-nutrients and these help regulate estrogen metabolism.

Dairy Products – Milk and milk products along with lean animal protein generate fertility hormones like FSH and LH in women. If you add these to your daily diet you will soon get pregnant.

Vegetable Protein – Avoid eating high protein vegetables like tofu and other soy products in large quantity. It is good to have them in moderate quantity. This will help you have the ideal weight for pregnancy and will help you conceive faster.

So, take into account the above tips and increase intake of fresh fruits, vegetables and water in your daily diet.
