Hi my name is india I went from 198 to 95lbs on the lime diet stopped drinking the lime my weight went back up to 160 going back on my lime juice diet tomorrow. It really works but its none stop diet. Good luck

I have been taking lemon juice without mixing it with either warm water or cold water regularly in empty stomach since more than 3 months back. I do also work out every day.Even then my weight is not reducing. Instead it is increasing. Thanks for your recommendation to take it with warm water. Hope this time, it will work to reduce my weight.
