Try to avoid getting wet in rains as much as possible. This will help you to keep the health disorders away during rainy season. The first thing which you get affect by when you get wet in rain is cold. And in this way you may also get fever if you get wet in rains for a longer time. Therefore, if it starts raining and you do not have umbrella you should wait rain to stop instead on getting wet in rain.

It is better to avoid eating outside during rainy season. If you avoid eating outside during rainy season, you can automatically keep lot of health disorders away from you. It is very necessary to eat only homemade food during rainy season as lot of water born diseases spread during rainy season due to eating outside. Therefore, I prefer to drink boiled water and I avoid eating outside during rainy season to avoid health disorders.

Cold is a common illness which is caused during rainy season. Cold is an unavoidable disorder during rainy season. Therefore, it is better to avoid having cold stuff during rainy season as it may increase the chances of getting cold during rainy season. Apart from cold, flu, fever, coughs are other disorders which a person may suffer from during the rainy season.
