I am 16-year-old girl and have tried numerous cosmetics to improve the glow of my skin. It has made everything worse as my skin has become duller and has rashes on it. I thought pranayama practice is for old people but if it helps improve skin and concentration, I will definitely start doing it.

Till now I was thinking that yoga and pranayama are only practiced by the fake and so called gurus to gather people round them.
