Is it necessary to practice yoga regularly to earn its health benefits? Is it possible learning yoga on our own with the help of yoga books, CDs, VCDs, or DVDs? What kind of diet should we prefer if we are practicing yoga regularly?

If you want to practice yoga do it regularly If you will stop doing it later on when you are tired, you may not get its full benefit. If you want to experience proper benefit of yoga try doing it regularly without missing a day also. If you are not able to continue this habit of regularly practising yoga, you should join yoga classes. If you join yoga classes, you will be able to learn yoga properly and you will also get a habit of practising yoga regularly. So try regular yoga to get the entire health benefits mentioned in this article for just for you. Do not miss it, its really good.

Subject:  Yoga Practice, Health and Weight Loss



My experience is that it is better to be consistent in yoga practice. However, simply moving your body with different asanas, even periodically provides benefits to your health. I found this link to be useful about yoga asanas for weight loss and that may help you follow a basic routine, even if you can´ t be consistent in your practice.

It is not necessary that you have to choose a particular diet if you are practising yoga. I have heard that you can eat any thing and everything. Only thing is that you should have a certain time-gap between the time when you eat something and the time when you do yoga. Even some female celebrity of India has said the same thing about eat. She eats everything but the only thing which helps her to stay fit is yoga. So thing you need not take any special diet if you are practising yoga. However, do consult you yoga instructor if you are confused about the diet and yoga.

Yoga trainer is very essential to teach yoga other wise it is of no use. You may not know the correct process of practising yoga. You will get an end to end guidance with the help of a yoga trainer. It is not necessary that you have to take training till the enter lifetime. Once you and your trainer are confident than you can do it on your own. Otherwise do not take a risk of learning yoga all alone. Take care you do not practice difficult yoga postures when you are not trained properly. Even taking the guidance through CDs and DVDs is also not enough. Take the guidance of an expert only to learn yoga and practice it regularly when you learn it completely.
