my daughter sucks her thumb, but she is still young and i really don't think it will cause her any emotional damage if she keeps on with this habit. i really don't even knoe why she started it anyway.

i am 21 and i still suck my thumb. do you know how amazing it is !!!! let your child do what he or she likes - we are not hurting anyone. you can never understand if you infact do not suck thumb yourself. if you also have a little fury companion or teddy like myself then you are truely blessed !! thumb power man !!!!

you go claudia i am almost 20 and i still suck my thumb and have my stuffed bunny. there is nothing wrong with sucking your thumb at least your kids are not out doing drugs but if you try and make them stop they will!!!!! leave your kids alone let them suck!!!! love lauren

okay, i have a question, i don't suppose any of you could try to anwer? up until about a month ago, my parents have been completely ok with my thumbsucking. now they're trying everythig to get me to stop, and it's drving me crazy! how can i make them see that this is my only source of security? any advice would be greatly appreciated.
