walking is the first step towards independence. My kid started walking early and fast. His nursery teacher at Orchids was very impressed with his quick speech too.
Socializing with other kids make them grow faster in every way. My kid was not social until I put her into Orchids School. Things did changed with her as the school encourages many social activities. She gets to interact with other classmates and understands things from different perspective. Interesting tips here!
These are indeed cool tips for helping a toddler walk. Glad I came across this site. My toddler is nearly 19 months old and has not started walking. I was thinking of buying a walker and letting my son learn walking by himself as all my friends had done the same thing.
Putting a child into a walker is the worst thing a parent can do. Basically the toddler needs to be pushed towards walking. When a toddler is excited about walking, he will work towards learning it.
very informative article. I think the tips given here are really awesome. We as a parents should try to encourage toddlers to walk rather than giving them walkers.
