  1. Yoga has to be done vigorously and forcefully. This is completely wrong because yoga asanas are easy and should be done slowly and cautiously. The main thing is that you do it in the right way and under supervision of a guru or instructor.
  1. You need to have lots of time to perform yoga asanas. In reality, just 15 – 20 minutes a day is enough to help you keep healthy and boost your energy level.
  1. You have to have an athletic body to perform yoga. On the contrary anyone can do yoga asanas. The only thing is that if you are new, you should start with easy and slow ones.

Along with yoga asanas, some of the pranayamas are extremely helpful in boosting up your energy level. Remember, each individual works for his own well-being. So, weigh up your limitations and capability and just get going and enjoy a healthy life.
