Hi,
I'm new here. I like to know calorie value of Idly and dosa(plain no oil) and its carb value too.

I'm doing \";Turn up the heat\"; diet. It is realy great. I lost 4lbs in 5 days without starving.
If u r interested u can do it.


Week 1

B.fast 1 cup oatmeal or any carb which has
25gm.
1 fruit.

Snack 1 fruit

Lunch carb = 36gm 2roti's or 1/2cu rice.
1/2c vegetable
40z meat or meat substiture - any protein.

snack 1 fruit

Dinner 4 oz meat 40z meat or meat substiture - any protein.
11/2cups of cooked veg Or u can exchange as 3cups green salad and 1 cup cooked veg.

U r allowed to drink 1cup milk with ur coffee/tea and u can use as much as of herbs.

Drink water according to this

1 oz of water for 1 lb. ex: if u weigh 125lbs u need 125oz per day excluding coffee/tea.

1no or 1no dosa(without oil) gives 75kcal energy and approx 10g carbohydrates.
