GM diet helps to lose from 1-5 kg of weight.it is a detox diet and detoxifies the body. It cleanses the body of all impurities and gives a refreshed feeling. I think this is an extreme diet and should be avoided or done under the supervision of a doctor. It can lead to fatigue and exertion and even low BP if not monitored.

GM diet is a diet plan that is followed by many Hollywood celebrities. I think it is a type of fad diet. It is named so as it was created by General Motors. It is basically a 7 day diet plan. the diet is different for 7 days of a week and it is said to be very effective diet plan.
