snacking is not bad if taken in limits. Do not eat deep fried and food packed with high calories as it takes a toll on your health gradually. heavy snacking may lead to various health diseases so avoid munching on extra snacks.

Rather than gaining weight you also have a problem of stamina and also low mood. Junk food effects your mood and you feel lethargic all the time. I hope you get a way to replace these kinds of food with healthy ones.

I have a very active lifestyle. ?I am a fitness freak so I go to gym and do weight lifting and cardio workouts for an hour or so,. after all this hard work, i am bound to feel hungry so I have frequent small meals. Healthy snack ideas are a bit difficult to come by easily. I try to have fruits, salads or sprouts as snacks. Very rarely I also indulge in some guilty pleasure but am not addicted to fast food. I know the importance of a good diet and health. so I always strive to be healthy. My colleague at my workplace was a fast food addict but after seeing me, he has also turned into a fitness freak. Now whatever health problems, he was earlier facing have gone aay after changing his lifestyle.

i am a girl whoo was always fat and never saw herself thin in a mirrior. whatever i do i get fat. i am fed uup of controlling food diet and so. i am a big food lover may be whatever the dish in front of me i eat it. so how can i control on my diet?

I love fast foods. they are so tempting and yummy. i gorge on pizzas, wafers and colas. For me, cola is my meal companion. I must have it with my meals. Whenever i go out, i am tempted to try out new food items. I know this is not good for health, but i cannot help it. I think I am addicted. But I believe like there' s no tomorrow.

It is really alarming that you are so much a junk food addict. When you are aware of your addiction, you must do something to stop this. you are putting your health into risk. Later it may be too late to feel sorry for this. when you know that fast foods are not good for health, then you should not have them. You can try to reduce them gradually and slowly so that you may not feel deprived. It is better to take your health in your own hands and lead a healthy diseases free life.
