A gm diet acc to what i know is basically a form of crush diet which is of 7 days and it is quite helpful and effective if done properly. Along with the diet you also have to workout or do some kind of exercise for at least one hour.

Gm diet? People might be able to help you better if you mention the full form of it? You can also google it as to what it is and how it is to be done. But only dieting does not help and you need to exercise too.

Hello,
Gm diet it works a lot. It is nothing but taking diet which has more fiber and less of cholesterol. You have to take more water, not all fruits and vegetables to be taken only selected food items to be taken. It works. You can do for a week you will loose nearly 2-3 kgs of weight.

i also followed GM diet and it really worked for me. you have to properly follow it an dhave to exercise for sometime. i lost 1 kg in one week as my body loses its weight on low pace 1 kg per week was really good for me but your body if more flexible you can lose nearly 3 4 kgs per week

I followed the GM Diet plan properly and I also followed the daily walk for 15-20 min. I successfully lost about 5 KG & am very happy. I will again take up this plan after 15 days and meanwhile I will stick to 1200 calorie diet.

I could not resist myself after seeing these posts here..this kind of crash dieting will never work..we all know that but we still try doing that.. instead just cut down on ur carbs and sugar and increase ur protein intake(you get information about indian food, the compositions of each and every ingredient in a book which is available online.Try searching for (NUTRITIONAL VALUES OF INDIAN FOOD BY Dr.C.Gopalan).I strongly recommend all the ladies especially not to for these types of creash diets..
