During summers due to heavy heat we loose much of our sweat and thus energy also. to regain this energy we have to intake more liquids like water intake, juices etc. water intake during summers should be around 4 litre per day.

Try diet which includes lots of water. like fruits with water content. Body seems to loose lots of water in summers and o it is very important to make you body have all that water back/

In summer months, we lose a lot of water through sweating so we need to replenish the lost water. It is very important to drink enough water in summers so that we beat the heat and do not suffer from dehydration. Drinking water is beneficial and one should avoid other beverages especially caffeinated beverages as they lead to water loss.

i eat very light food to. i increase water intake so i most of the time feel full and i increase the intake of melons too. i love watermelon and i have it unlimited. it does't have fats and plus fibers keep my stomach clean and water intake is more so it keeps my body cool. even i drink as much serbat as possible especially lemon becasue it keeps me fresh

Summers are hot and in this weather I like to have light food. I have noticed that after having heavy food i feel lethargic and sleepy so ?I never take heavy food but only light food such as simple home cooked food. I also try to have 2-3 servings of fruits and fresh salads. Plenty of water keeps me cool.

Summer diet should be as close to natural as possible. I am a practicing Ayurveda doctor and in summers the digestive system is a bit sluggish. To ease the digestion process,it is best to have smaller meals and lighter meals. another good way to beat the heat is to have watery fruits such as cucumbers and watermelons. They are not only nutritious but also are cooling. you will see the difference aftert following this diet for a few days.
